It is important to keep a schedule/planner and stick to it. When your day is mapped out and you know exactly what needs to get done, you will see yourself completing tasks quicker and crossing tasks off your to-do list at a rapid pace. It may be difficult at first, but after a while, your body becomes accustomed to your routine, making it easier as time passes.
